The brazed plate heat exchanger is designed to transfer heat from the heating medium to the underfloor heating pipe system. You can use different heat transfer fluids such as water or antifreeze (propylene glycol or ethylene glycol). The heating medium is supplied from your boiler or from the mains circuit of the boiler room. The heat exchanger is calculated with water-antifreeze media and temperature schedule as for heating - 60/40 degrees on the heating medium and 30/50 on the heated side. The temperature in the heating field can be regulated by means of an automatic regulation system - an outlet temperature sensor, a controller and a control valve. If the temperature of the heat carrier is less than 60 C, the heat exchanger should be taken with a reserve - that is, for a larger capacity, calculated in the line of heat exchangers.
 
Characteristics of the presented heat exchanger:
 
1. Power - 10 kW.
2. The area of the heated room - up to 60 m2.
3. Heating medium (from the boiler or network circuit) - Water. Input: 65 degrees C, Output: 40 degrees C.
4. Heated (heating) circuit. Heat carrier - antifreeze (or water) with a temperature of 37 degrees C enters the floor heating system.
5. Pipes: Du20 (3/4"), external thread.
6. Heat exchanger plates are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures;
7. Warranty - 6 months.
