The brazed plate heat exchanger is designed for heating the fluid in the heating system.
The heating medium is supplied from your boiler or from the network circuit of the boiler room with a temperature of 80 degrees. The heated circuit - water or antifreeze with a temperature of 70 degrees C, as a coolant, enters the heating system. The heat exchanger can work on other temperature schedules, in this case, the temperature delta between the heating fluid and the heated circuit at the outlet to the heating system should be at least 10 degrees C. (ie, if the heating fluid is 70 degrees C, then the radiators will be 60 degrees C, etc.).
Characteristics of the presented heat exchanger:
1. Capacity - 20 kW.
2. The area of the heated room - up to 200 m2.
3. Heating medium (from the boiler or network circuit) - Water. Input: 80 degrees C, Output: 60 degrees C.
4. Heated (heating) circuit. Heat transfer medium - Water with a temperature of 70 degrees C enters the heating system.
5. Pipes: Du20 (3/4"), male thread.
6. Heat exchanger plates are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures;
7. Warranty - 6 months.
Operating characteristics:
- Maximum working pressure - 30 bar;
- Maximum operating temperature - 225C;
- Minimum operating temperature - minus 195C.
This model of brazed plate heat exchanger has very compact dimensions, so you can easily place it in the collector cabinet or any niche.
