The brazed plate heat exchanger is designed to transfer heat from the heating medium to the underfloor heating pipe system.
The heating medium is supplied from your boiler or from the boiler room network circuit with a temperature of 65 degrees Celsius. The heated circuit is water or antifreeze with a temperature of 35 degrees C, as the heating medium, is fed into the underfloor heating system. The heat exchanger can work on other temperature schedules, in this case, the temperature delta between the heating coolant and the heated circuit at the outlet to the floor heating system should be at least 30 degrees C. (ie, if the heating coolant is 70 degrees C, then in the warm field will be up to 40 degrees C, etc.). At the same time, the temperature in the warm field can be regulated by means of an automatic regulation system - an outlet temperature sensor, a controller and a control valve. If the temperature of the heat carrier is less than 60 C, the heat exchanger should be taken with a reserve - that is, for a larger capacity calculated in the line of heat exchangers.
Characteristics of the presented heat exchanger:

2. The area of the heated room - up to 220 m2.
3. Heating medium (from the boiler or network circuit) - Water. Input: 65 degrees C, Output: 40 degrees C.
4. Heated (heating) circuit. Heat transfer medium - Water with a temperature of 35 C enters the underfloor heating system.
5. Pipes: Du25 (1"), male thread.
6. Heat exchanger plates are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures;
7. Warranty - 6 months.
